With over 20 years of experience in business management, personal development, and entrepreneurial leadership, Randi Kay has dedicated her career to empowering individuals to align with their potential and create purpose-driven lives.

From building multi-million-dollar startups as a Chief Operating Officer to mentoring entrepreneurs, teens, and professionals, Randi has firsthand experience navigating the challenges of personal growth, financial independence, and career development.

But Randi’s journey has been anything but linear. As someone who rebuilt her own life after personal challenges, she deeply understands the courage and clarity it takes to let go of what no longer serves you and align with what truly matters.
